The waves will be an appropriate size and the crowds will be low - perfect for the beginner intermediate level.

  Everything about our retreat is focused around surf and local life. There are not many retreats that focus on giving you the most authentic local lived experience, learning about the culture, language, eating the local food and engaging with our community.
  
  We want you to meet our friends and family, stay in our home all whilst being able to progress your surf in a fun environment. The Mentawai surf culture has often felt like Tourist Vs Locals - our dream is to create harmony between the people so everyone feels welcomed to surf.
